A downloadable game for Windows

created for the game idea jam 2024, the idea being entirely my own, the idea was to have a combat system in first person where you had to aim your weapons to block the opponent or hit them in between their pieces of armor.

a sword-dueling game with gestural controls from mouse inputs, extremely rough around the edges and experimental, but it was really a proof of concept for potentially creating other games in this style or with similar systems. will likely update in the future. weapons can poke or slash (some can only do one or the other however) and this action is indicated by the circle in the ui, filled = poke, hollow = slash. i ran out of time to make animations for walking or sounds for most everything, but the main idea of the game is still in the project.

Interesting game with good idea. Gameplay is solid. As played for first time it's interesting with good fight. Homover as I replayed it my character get hands in inside body so I could not hit that easy enemy.

Felt Cool, It unlocked many doors of several possibilities which means I can replay it several times to see what more can I do!

glad you liked it! i meant there to be many possible build options and hopefully many more in the future in a similar combat style
