Once upon a time a comet crashed into a planet. This comet carried a being of the cosmos, the mighty Starface. Starface built up an empire, constructing an otherworldly tower and summoning all sorts of monsters to guard it. He would begin his plans to conquer the planet and drain it of all life... oh and he also owes you 5 dollars, so you're going to make him pay.

The windows version keeps track of your wins and settings configurations (and also runs better). Aside from that there is no difference between the Web and Windows versions of the game.
